Alfonso vela Lavilla
We are specialized in the Iberian horse, especially in the Lusitano horse, a series of horse breeds originating in the Iberian Peninsula, which respond to the Baroque horse prototype, and whose domestication dates back to Greek colonization. considered to be the oldest riding horse in the world.
Their height at the withers ranges from 160 to 170 cm, they are compact, with muscular hindquarters, strong and long legs, with great amplitude in the step, inclined rump, low insertion tail, wide chest, rounded ribs, wide forehead, Roman nose, abundant mane and tail. The Lusitano horses have a great variety of solid colors.
As with the Andalusian horse, its bravery, flexibility and nobility have traditionally been highlighted with great aptitudes for war, this courage makes it one of the most appreciated breeds for bullfighting that make them suitable for riding, jockeying and classical dressage
Wide and slightly arched neck. This characteristic is more marked in the breeds of higher elevation.

Another essential work to avoid injuries to our horses.We need a firm and regular floor with about 8 to 10 cm of loose material to cushion the impact. We usually review them between two and three times a week.
Brushing our horse's teeth

It needs to be reviewed annually. At the time of your training, you go more comfortable with the embouchure and no malformation can bother you or even hurt their oral cavities.
